Fully recommend Gem Clean. I had them out over a year ago to clean my white tiles and grout, they came up like brand new. The guy cleaning the tiles told me that the oils and fats from cooking are known to move through the air when cooking and then fall to the tiles leaving a dirty look over time. Normal moping will not get it off. It's time to call them again, as I lifted a rug and was blinded by the white. I have no hesitation in recommending Gem Clean.

After having a vacating clean on a rental house our real-estate has called me back to show me everything that was missed and not even cleaned. I'll be here for another day cleaning it myself. Wish I could post photos here as proof. DO NOT USE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGED. ONLY DID HALF THE JOB.I'm still cleaning light fittings, cupboard shelves, widowsills and window frames, tracks, tops of light switches and power points, range hood, and list goes on. This is all stuff that should of been done. Not happy at all. Have messaged gem cleaning but no reply

AVOID AVOID AVOID Read the reviews - Great for carpets, terrible for cleaning. Dont use these guys for your household cleaning needs, probably great for carpets but way overpriced for cleaning. I was charged $200 for literally 15mins of work to wipe down a bench edge and remove some cobwebs for an end of lease clean after i meticulously cleaned the place first. Just above the pull out range hood and some cob web's that had formed while the place sat empty needed to be cleaned. This company charged $200 for it. A cleaner is $45 per hour or $90 for 2 cleaners per hour Insured - The additional money charged was apparently a call out fee". Apparently they have to many jobs and have to make it worth their while? No doubt they cash in on those rental cleans as a job preference because they charge whatever they want for such little work being done. - Im only going to pay out of respect for the real estate agent

I was very impressed by this company! The lady was on time, very efficient and very friendly! The carpets looked really good afterwards! I would definitely reccomend Gem Clean!

Been stewing for about a month now. Jus recently started painting the house n coming across more areas she did not clean . Pretty much paid the lady 250$ to mop my floor . Biggest waste of money ever ! I could of done better with my eyes shut

I needed a vacate clean for 6 carpeted rooms and James was professional, fast, resonably priced with a very high quality of work. I have a pet and had some bad stains but James left all the carpets looking pristine. Definitely would recommend.
